The Flexible Riser Cleaning Clamp has been designed to clean flexible risers coated with Rilsan sheathing or similar soft plastic coverings.

These coatings prevent salt water penetrating down to the armoured wire and metal parts of the riser which would result in damage to the riser and loss of integrity. Rilsan and similar coatings are very susceptible to damage from sharp objects or from abrasion from close contact with steel wires etc.

Many other cleaning methods therefore put the product at risk. Our riser cleaning system uses multiple angled cavitation jetting nozzles to remove marine growth without damaging the product and is field proven.

We can design clamps from 6” up to 14” and make adaptable clamps covering variable riser diameters.
